Our EMR system is a computerized system designed for the collection of clinical data in electronic format for use in patient management as well as home nursing solutions. The platform has the ability to self register not only medical professionals, but also patients who want to join the platform. The self registration functionality can be incorporated in into any existing website and/or use a portal which belongs to the customer.

This feature  empowers the administrator and or owner of the platform to approve specific individuals who have requested access to the platform. The user-friendly interface allows approvals to take place within a couple of clicks which kicks off the workflow process in the back-end.

Having the ability to send out secure surveys to a patient population is essential. Our FDA validated survey tool allows medical professionals to communicate directly with their patients Via mobile devices and receive real-time responses, which automatically updates the cloud-based instance.

DYNAMIC FORM BUILDER

Our solution allows the customer to configure their solution entirely through the front-end. The configuration includes role based access, edit check validators, skip/add logic, derived calculations and more.

The structure of the platform follows the idea of a patient/subject file, where each file contains a number of different folders (which can represent a patient/subject visit) with a number of different forms/procedures inside. Each of the forms/procedures contains one or more questions/data-points which is captured against the specific subject.

DASHBOARDS

Dashboard widgets are made available to all users in the system and our customized birth profile. The user has the ability to configure his or her own dashboard widget and have it personalized for the specific job description.

Offline capability is useful when you want to use an EDC system in an area where network connectivity is poor (for instance, rural locations) or where you want users to be able to work disconnected from the network. Our EDC system supports this feature and stores all data until network connectivity is available and data can be synced.

The Phoenixx EMR platform comes with a fully fledged web-based calendar booking module The online booking system allows patients and or medical professionals to make bookings within predefined time slots and also allocate specific procedures to that.

INVOICING & PAYMENT DISTRIBUTION

The platform has a comprehensive invoicing and payments module which can allocate specific commercial rates against procedures that are conducted or performed by a medical professional. All of these rights are calculated and form part of the invoice, which is ultimately saying to the funder and or patient.
